Vampire romances have been a favorite of mine since Bram Stoker’s Dracula. My only “meh” read was (no hate mail please) the Twilight series. Edward Cullen is my least favorite vamp. Sorry. Not Sorry. But the series kicked off a hurricane of new books which made it all worth it. And it is not only going strong, but it is escalating years later.
BookRiot pronounced that vampire romance was still raging in 2024 and the biggest 2024 romance trend with no signs of letting off the gas. They predict witches, fae, and ghosts will also continue to remain popular, as well as funny paranormal and horror-romance mashups.
Send me your vampire romance recommendations and I’ll include them in next month’s reading recommendations newsletter which you can subscribe to at https://sendfox.com/kvcfreeman5

As for my own paranormal romance novels, I have not written any vampire romance, but there is a vampire couple in the second book in the Greylyn the Guardian Angel series, Revelations, just in case you’re interested but you’ll want to read the first book, Rekindled Prophecy, beforehand.
